It's not every day that you get to help one of your favorite clients purchase not 1 but 2 homes for the price of 1! Living in one and running your business out of another is the ideal situation for anyone. This transaction was a great reminder about the power of backup offers. We love a good project, and this has been a big one! Restoring this old home to pristine condition has been a huge, long, and exhausting undertaking, but it is one we are so happy we completed.
