SOLD — and this one earned every bit of that word.

This closing didn’t come easy. We went through four separate contracts, all of which fell apart in the final hours before closing—through no fault of the seller. Anyone in real estate knows how discouraging that can be.

This is the side of real estate you don’t often see talked about.
The perseverance.
The sweat equity.
The moments where you have to keep your wits about you, stay level-headed, and keep showing up for your client—even when it would be easier to throw in the towel.

But the right buyer finally came along with a great vision for what this prime piece of Prattville real estate on 4 acres could become, and together we pushed it across the finish line.

I can’t thank my clients enough for hanging in there when it got tough and for trusting me to go to battle for them until their goals were met—above my own.
