I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a Concentration in Marketing from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, where I was a member of the Women’s Soccer Team and Marketing Club. My husband is active duty Air Force stationed at Joint Base Andrews! Aside from Real Estate, I enjoy visiting local wineries and breweries in Southern Maryland, trying new restaurants, and coaching soccer. I currently live in Southern Maryland and know the areas well. WOW what an exciting home buying and home sale process this was! ✨

A very special congratulations to the Cox’s on the purchase AND sale of their homes this last week!

Cameron and Keleigh reached out not too long ago ready to write an offer on their now new home - they ended up getting their offer accepted 20k under list price! This process presented itself with some challenges, but we pushed through and got to the finish line. This home has everything they’re looking for and was the sole reason they wanted to sell their current home and make the move to Calvert County 🤍

Once their offer was accepted, we listed their current home and within 48 hours and several showings and interest later, they accepted an amazing offer over asking price, AS IS, with less than 30 days to close! Smooth sailing from there - especially in a favoring buyers market!
