📉 Mortgage Rates Fall Again! 🏡

Great news for prospective homebuyers! U.S. mortgage rates have decreased for the third consecutive week, with the 30-year fixed rate now at 6.23%, the lowest since mid-March. This decline is linked to easing Treasury yields, but concerns over inflation and global events continue to create volatility.

While this dip brings hope, housing affordability remains challenging as home prices rise sharply. According to a recent analysis, many Americans are being pushed out of homeownership due to climbing costs. In Hawaii, residents spend about 50% of their income on housing, while in California, it's around 43%. In contrast, Iowa residents manage with just 17%.
