This decline is linked to easing Treasury yields, but concerns over inflation and global events continue to create volatility.

According to a recent analysis, many Americans are being pushed out of homeownership due to climbing costs. In Hawaii, residents spend about 50% of their income on housing, while in California, it's around 43%. In contrast, Iowa residents manage with just 17%.
