My sellers were the best of all time. So wonderful to work with and made my job easy!
The story is just the sweetest… the buyers who purchased the house, bought it because it was originally their grandmothers house, years prior. They had amazing memories visiting there as children and wanted to get the home back in the family. ❤️
Sometimes as sellers it’s easy to wonder, “why isn’t my house selling?” But whenever I look back it’s so cool to see the timing all line up, just the way it was supposed to. All it takes is that perfect buyer to come along.
