Hi, I’m Dani! 👋
New month, new goals… and somehow September lasted approximately 4 minutes. 😂 Since there are some new faces around here, October 1 felt like a good time to reintroduce myself.
I’m Danielle but go by Dani as well! I’m a wife, bonus mom to two pretty awesome kids, dog mom to Norah (& Ryder), and the owner/agent with Core Properties.
I’ve been in real estate for over 10 years and it definitely didn’t always make sense to me either. I bought my first house at 20 and another at 29, and I remember both experiences feeling a little like… what is happening?! 😂 Everyone needed paperwork, signatures and information, there were a million terms I had never heard before, and nobody really stopped to explain much of it. Lots of “Wait…what?” moments. That experience is a huge part of why I’m so big on educating my buyers now. I want you to understand the process—not just sign things because someone told you to.
Outside of real estate, you’ll usually find me working out, running when it’s ridiculously hot outside, trying a new recipe for the family, boating, yard work with country music playing in the back, convincing someone to play a board game… or apparently doing puzzles now because now I’m over 40 and this is who I’ve become. 😆
I love dark chocolate, Christmas more than any other holiday, and being a wife + bonus mom is hands down one of my favorite parts of life.
