Building a real estate portfolio is strategic. It’s not about buying *a* house. It’s about waiting for the **right** house, at the **right** numbers, in the **right** location.

And sometimes that means we see a LOT of “no’s” before we find the one worth saying yes to.

I talk about location all the time in real estate, but this is the kind of “location” that really matters. 💙

Three of the Top 10 U.S. cities for children’s well-being are right here in North Texas: **Frisco, Plano, and McKinney.**

For families, choosing a home is about so much more than bedrooms, square footage, or finishes. It’s choosing the community where your kids will grow up. Where they’ll go to school, make friends, play sports, ride bikes, find their people, and build the memories that shape their childhood.

That’s one of my favorite parts of what I do: helping families find not just a house, but a place where their family can truly **live well and thrive.** ❤️

And having three communities in our own backyard recognized among the nation’s best for children’s well-being? That’s something North Texas should be pretty proud of.

A table where your kids actually open up about their day.

A kitchen island your friends gather around and laugh until way too late.

A street where your kids ride their bikes and neighbors wave as they pass.

A front door you walk through and immediately feel yourself exhale.

A playroom where messy fun is encouraged.

A media room floor covered in popcorn kernels while your favorite team wins on the screen.

This is why I’ve never believed I simply sell houses.

I help people find the backdrop for their lives.
