Since joining Monument Realty in April 2021, Lavonna has been growing, learning, and serving her clients with the same heart for education and guidance that she brought to her 16-year career as a teacher. ❤️

Family is at the center of everything she does. She's been married to her husband for 32 years, is proud mom to three amazing adult children, and absolutely loves her role as "Gigi" to her two sweet grandbabies.

When Lavonna decided to make the leap into real estate, Monument already felt like home thanks to her longtime friend and mentor, Amy Holt. The trusted relationships, exceptional training, and supportive culture made Monument the perfect place to launch and grow her business.

Fun fact? Lavonna was taught by Matthew McConaughey's mom in kindergarten, while Matthew was in the classroom next door! 😄

Annette has been in real estate for 4½ years, and Monument Realty has been her home from day one. She proudly serves clients with The Rebecca Lee Group and is passionate about educating buyers and helping them realize that homeownership is possible.

Originally from Idaho, Annette and her husband Roy recently celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary. They now call Celina home, where they’ve built a life centered around family, community, and cheering on their favorite football teams. With four grown children and two grandchildren, family is at the heart of everything she does.
