Thought I would share an example of some housing stats in the Punta Gorda area this morning from April & March of this year. It's been quite the rollercoaster here in Southwest FL. We have slowly made the shift from a heavy buyers market to a more balanced market over the past few months. Is it a good time to buy or sell?? As always, that is not a simple question. A huge thank you to for the special invite and private tour of this gorgeous resort! We are looking forward to seeing all the fantastic changes coming including convention space and the center court bar redesign! All the rooms are thoughtfully designed. But if you need a little bit more room there are 2 & 3 bedroom suites designed with long-term stays with washer & dryers even. Having personally stayed in one of the 3 bedroom suites I can confirm they are gorgeous and spacious 🥰
