He answered all my questions with just the right amount of detail - enough to understand everything without feeling overwhelmed. He also ran tons of different scenarios for us so we could figure out what worked best. We had a bit of a hiccup with the Thanksgiving holiday and needing to move up our closing date, but Eric escalated things internally and kept communication flowing throughout the whole process to make sure we hit our timeline. Really couldn’t have asked for a better partner through this. Highly recommend!
