He made the entire process super easy - telling us everything we needed to do up front, as well as answering many questions along the way, providing clarification, and helping us make decisions during closing to optimize our monthly mortgage payment. Not only that, but he is very knowledgeable with VA Home Loans, and all of the benefits associated with them. He even went as far as to talk through things with us over the phone when he was on vacation, knowing how important this decision was for us! I highly recommend Eric, and if we're ever in the market in the future, we look forward to working with him again.
