A big closing day today for Matt! This is a great house down in Garner. It’s in the county so no city taxes, but it is in a subdivision with a nice pool. It is a huge lot and two-story house with a bonus, screen porch, 3BRs and a wonderful screen porch. His first home. $475,000. A happy day. His parents are old friends who I helped sell the home he grew up in as well… a few years back. They referred me to their son. I appreciate all! Who is next!

So excited for previous clients who decided to look for a larger home. We went under contract a week or so ago on this classic North Hills that has all the extra room they need. It’s been a busy first quarter and I neglected to congratulate my buyer on FB for winning in a multiple offer situation and going under contract on this wonderful home in southern Wake County. Inspections are going great and he’s getting excited for a later in March closing date. This is a beautiful neighborhood with big lots and it has a wonderful fenced in yard for his dog.
