It is hard to believe I have been calling North Carolina home for over 36 years! We moved to Charlotte when I was 9 months old then to Cary in 1990, where I attended Apex Middle & High Schools. After that it was off to North Carolina State University, with my degree in Business Management, I was ready to conquer the world (aren’t we all). I got into Real Estate kind of by accident, thru high schoo
l & college I assisted an agent in doing what I call grunt work, it parlayed into several different opportunities. After graduation an opportunity to go into sales full time presented itself & I said Heck why not?! I have loved real estate since I was a kid, instead of cartoons, it was This Old House, yes sadly enough that is true. I went with my Dad everyday to look at our 4 custom built homes that I grew up in to make sure everything was OK! I am a tenacious negotiator but I think that comes from 4 girls in one family, you have to fight for what you want and be heard. I built my first house in Apex, then did a remodel in Cary and now back to Raleigh (I couldn’t be that far from my Wolfpack!). I am passionate about what I do, to me that is the key to success, everything else falls into place after that. I am fortunate I found something that I love and get to work with a great group of clientele. I couldn’t ask for a better fit or choice in career. Although the process is similar each go around, every one of my clients has brought a special twist but it forces me to learn and grow everyday! I have had the pleasure of being featured in Entrepreneur Magazine and most recently I won the Mom’s Choice Award for “Best Real Estate Agent in the Triangle” and had my big debut on HGTV’s Bang for Your Buck with Vern Yip! Awesome experience and had a ton of fun being on camera! I am a consistent Top Producer, have overseen well over 1,500 transactions and managed millions upon millions of real estate. This is one business that I feel experience really does count. I don’t believe in large teams, when you hire me, you work with me. I am hands on & know the details of every transaction. Tech savvy and smart phone attached to my hip, your calls are returned if not answered and emails are responded to as promptly as possible. Basically to sum me up: I am direct and to the point, I don’t mince words and not afraid to really stand up for what I believe in. And I am always ready for football season as an avid member of the Wolfpack Club! I am sure several of you have your favorite ACC school to cheer for to, and if you don’t I am sure you’ll adopt one!
