The chefā€™s kitchen, the walk-in closet, the designer finishes, well, those can come later. What matters most right now is getting in the door and starting to BUILD EQUITY.

The best house for my buyer was never on the market.

No sign. No listing. No competition.

I pulled tax records, found the owner, and had the conversation before my buyer ever knew the address existed.

Thatā€™s the work nobody films. Circle prospecting isnā€™t chasing listings that already exist. Itā€™s creating inventory that doesnā€™t.

Some days hit differently. Some days you want to quit. Some days you want to scream and some days you may even cry.

This was one of THOSE days. But only happy tears, because behind the scenes of every great real estate transaction is the work that may normally go unappreciated. Today it did not. Not only have I gained amazing clients & friends, I delivered the experience I expect myself to deliver.

And they noticed.

I could not be more thrilled for these 2 humans than I am in this moment. Helping Jeff & Delia has been truly gratifying on their Forever home.

Now Iā€™ve got to sell their former home!!

I am beyond grateful and would love the opportunity to give an experience like this to someone you may know that needs an ally to buy or sell real estate. And yes-sometimes you can even buy BEFORE selling!!

This business is not limited to client interaction. Behind the scenes-this is what it looks like to build relationships. An already busy day, with a last minute addition to the schedule for a vendor breakfast meetup.

I jump on an RSVP with a vendor if it means my clients may benefit from the knowledge, relationship or other aspect. My knowledge & relationships are not limited to ā€œreal estateā€ as a specialty. They encompass real estate as a whole.

This lovely brekky from Paul & Jack bakery was sponsored by Traaco, who specializes in hazardous material remediation & abatement like asbestos & lead paint. I know. Not very sexy or interesting to most people, BUT when I call-they answer. āœŒšŸ½
