It’s a big day tomorrow for my new construction buyers in Angier! 🏡❤️ They are waiting to hear if they have passed their rough-in and insulation inspections!

Two big inspections that must take place before the drywall process can begin. I stopped in this morning to check on their home and was pleasantly surprised to find that their drywall delivery took place on Friday!

I was out showing homes yesterday and was so thrilled to see Fuquay-Varina supporting the Canes by hanging team flags up on South Main Street!!

What a great job by this quaint Southern Wake County town as the Canes prepare for Game 3 tonight of the Stanley Cup Finals!! 🏒🥅❤️

One of the best parts of my job is being able to support my clients no matter where they are.

These buyers are currently living out of state, so while they can’t be here to check on their new home’s progress each week, I can. 🏡

From foundation to framing and everything in between, (I attend all builder meetings too), I make regular visits to the construction site, take photos and videos, and keep them updated throughout the building process. My goal is to help them feel connected and informed every step of the way, even from hundreds of miles away.

Building a home is exciting, but it can also feel overwhelming when you’re relocating. Having someone local to be your eyes and ears can make all the difference. 👀👂
