🔑 The average first-time home buyer in the U.S. is now around 35 years old - one of the highest averages ever recorded. And I totally get why! Higher prices and interest rates have most likely scared them and in turn they are more strategic and patient. But they are still making moves every day.

✨Don't be discouraged and don't count yourselves out. Yes, rates today are higher than they were a few years ago, but buyers are adapting:
✔️Negotiating seller concessions
✔️Exploring rate buydowns
✔️Looking at different towns and property styles
✔️Building EQUITY instead of continuing to rent

The goal isn't always perfection. The goal is getting started. 🏡
