"I'm a first-time homebuyer and builder. I have family members that have built multiple times and always came in over budget. I was delightfully under budget! I was able to get a brand-new home with everything I wanted. I don't think you can get any better than that. I would highly recommend the Turn-Key option, as that smoothed the way significantly. The beginning stages would have been a lot more confusing without assistance. From start to finish, my experience was surprisingly easy, and wonderfully gratifying.
