Redmond, Oregon Real Estate Market Update | September 2026

The latest Redmond housing market data shows a mixed but informative picture:

• Median sale price: $480,000 — down 8.6% year over year
• Closed sales: 44 — down 32.3%
• Median days on market: 19 — 17 days faster than last year
• Median price per square foot: $316 — up 6.4%
• Nearly 84% of homes sold between $350,000 and $649,000

Lower overall prices and fewer sales suggest buyers remain selective, but well-positioned Redmond homes are still moving quickly. Pricing, preparation and strategy continue to make a meaningful difference.

The newly introduced MOVE Act (H.R. 10028) proposes allowing qualifying homeowners to transfer their existing mortgage interest rate, terms and remaining balance to a new home.

For homeowners holding onto historically low rates, this could remove one of the biggest reasons not to move.
