Just completed and perfectly timed for summer ☀️🌊

Our most recently completed home in Dewey Beach is officially ready for its very first Memorial Day weekend — and we can’t imagine a better way to kick off the unofficial start of summer at the Delaware coast.

No worrying about parking. No long drives home after a beach day. Just mornings by the water, evenings with family and friends, and everything Dewey Beach has to offer right nearby.

There’s something extra special about spending your first summer in a brand new home built just in time for the season ahead.

Dreaming of your own coastal home? We’d love to help bring it to life.

Wishing everyone a happy, safe, and relaxing Memorial Day weekend!
