Eden Combs a native of McLeansville, NC has been an active member of her community since 2011 and is so excited to be turning that community focus toward Real Estate. The reality of real estate isn’t always the fun parts you see online…

Just this past week:
• I spent 2 hours on the phone trying to figure out why a VA appraisal was 3 days overdue… while also being reminded they technically allow 10 business days to turn it in. 😅
• Had one of the hardest transactions I’ve experienced in 500+ closings — easily ranking in the top 3.
• Had a buyer after 10 months decide to terminate agency. And honestly? We want to work with clients we’re aligned with. One thing I know for sure is God already knows the road ahead, and sometimes closed doors are protection too.

But in the very same week…

✨ We successfully closed 2 listings
✨ Put 4 clients under contract
✨ Negotiated multiple repair requests helping buyers and sellers continue moving toward closing
✨ Attended my niece’s graduation
✨ Hosted our 2nd Annual Client Appreciation Event
✨ Spoke at the 2nd Annual She Means Business Expo
✨ And have another listing hitting the market soon with 2 more videos already scheduled

This business can be stressful, emotional, exciting, exhausting, rewarding, and beautiful all at once.

At the end of the day, this is still my why. ❤️

I am very go with the flow on so many things… but one thing I will always be is extremely organized. 😂

It shows in:
• My closet being color coordinated by shirts, pants, and dresses
• The fact I’m constantly cleaning things out
• Even the way I lay groceries on the counter to be scanned at checkout 🤣

But honestly… that organization is one of the biggest reasons I’m able to serve my clients at such a high level as a top producing agent.

Behind every smooth transaction, quick response, detailed follow up, marketing plan, checklist, calendar reminder, spreadsheet, and system… is someone who truly thrives on organization.

I’ve learned that being organized isn’t just about keeping things neat — it creates consistency, reduces stress, keeps people informed, and helps clients feel confident throughout the process.

It’s why we have systems for everything.
Why communication doesn’t fall through the cracks.
Why details matter so much to me.
And why our clients know they’re cared for every step of the way.
