Born and raised in Longview, Washington, I grew up helping out at my parents' small business and helping my father manage and do all the maintenance on our family's investment properties. Both my parents instilled in me a strong work ethic and a love for new experiences and meeting people. Thanks to them I learned early on the ins and outs of customer service, running a successful business, constr
uction and real estate investments. Wanting a change in scenery after high school I moved to Hawaii where I lived for 8 years and ran a successful wedding photography business. After 8 years of living in Hawaii and traveling the world there was nothing I wanted more than to move back to my native Pacific Northwest because I realized that, while I will always enjoy travel and going to new places, this is my favorite place in the world! After I moved back to Washington I spent some time working as a sheet metal worker in Seattle but then decided that while I loved construction and the people that I worked with I was missing the factor about wedding photography that I loved most: helping people in an important time of their lives and feeling like I was a part of something bigger. Because of my experience with customer service, real estate investments and construction, becoming a real estate broker was the obvious choice and every day I am so glad I made this decision. I don't look at my what I do as just selling homes, I look at it as helping people with their real estate goals. To me being a real estate broker is about putting PEOPLE FIRST.
