Born and raised in Longview, Washington, I grew up helping out at my parents' small business and helping my father manage and do all the maintenance on our family's investment properties. Both my parents instilled in me a strong work ethic and a love for new experiences and meeting people. Thanks to them I learned early on the ins and outs of customer service, running a successful business, construction and real estate investments. Wanting a change in scenery after high school I moved to Hawaii where I lived for 8 years and ran a successful wedding photography business. After 8 years of living in Hawaii and traveling the world there was nothing I wanted more than to move back to my native Pacific Northwest because I realized that, while I will always enjoy travel and going to new places, this is my favorite place in the world! After I moved back to Washington I spent some time working as a sheet metal worker in Seattle but then decided that while I loved construction and the people that I worked with I was missing the factor about wedding photography that I loved most: helping people in an important time of their lives and feeling like I was a part of something bigger. Because of my experience with customer service, real estate investments and construction, becoming a real estate broker was the obvious choice and every day I am so glad I made this decision. I don't look at my what I do as just selling homes, I look at it as helping people with their real estate goals. To me being a real estate broker is about putting PEOPLE FIRST.

It's been a busy couple weeks, but I thought this was a good time to catch up on some recent client updates!

Had a listing in Maple Valley and another in the Meridian Valley Country Club that hit the market and both have had solid activity and interest so far, hoping for a quick pending for both clients!

Congratulations to my sellers in Orting that closed on their home, and my sellers in Bonney Lake that also closed on their home.

Also super excited for my buyers in Federal Way that scored a really cool house in a great neighborhood with seller paid closing costs and some repairs taken care of before closing!

Congratulations to the two families that came together for a successful off market acreage sale!

And I'm so happy for my buyers in Carbonado that found their dream acreage that they've been wanting for the last 10 years!
