There’s something especially sweet about this one.
4247 Warren Street, a charming mid-century modern home built in 1953, has officially closed. The new owners just celebrated their wedding and are now starting their life together in this adorable home. ❤️
It makes me wonder how many families have lived within these walls over the past 70+ years. How many first homes, new beginnings, holidays, milestones, and memories have started right here?
✨This closing is also special to me because my seller is a repeat client. There’s no greater compliment than having someone trust you enough to work with you again. I’m so grateful he chose me a second time, and even happier that we were able to have another smooth transaction together. I look forward to working with him again in the near future!

One of the biggest mistakes I see homeowners make is spending money on improvements they think buyers want, only to find out they may not get that money back.
Sometimes a few strategic updates can make a big difference:
