The window company will be returning this Friday to complete a quick follow-up inspection of the newly installed windows. During this visit, they will be checking that the windows are properly sealed, locks are functioning correctly, and screens are securely in place.
To help the visit go smoothly, please ensure pets are secured. If minors are present in the home, an adult 18 or older must also be present.
This should be a brief visit, and the team will only need access to inspect the three newly installed windows.

The parking lot on Rosegate Ct. will be milled and paved this week. Please review the information below carefully to help avoid any inconvenience or vehicle towing.

Thursday 05/14/2026 – Milling
All vehicles parked on Rosegate Ct. must be moved by 7:30 AM. Vehicles remaining after this time will be relocated to the open parking lot on Rosemeadows.

Friday 05/15/2026 – Paving
Vehicles must again be removed from Rosegate Ct. by 7:30 AM. Any remaining vehicles will be relocated to the open parking lot on Rosemeadows.

If you have a garage on Rosegate Ct. (Garages 53–104), please remove your vehicle before 7:30 AM Friday if you will need access before 8:00 AM Saturday. Garage access will be unavailable from 7:30 AM Friday through 8:00 AM Saturday while paving and striping are completed.

We appreciate everyone’s cooperation and patience as these improvements are completed!
