Hospitality Staffing Solutions (HSS) is looking for an Account Supervisor/Recruiter to join our DFW team!

📍 Office Location: Arlington, TX
🚗 Travel Required: Frequent travel throughout the DFW Metroplex, with a strong focus on the Frisco area.

If you’re passionate about recruiting, building relationships, and supporting the hospitality industry, we’d love to hear from you!

In this role, you’ll:
✅ Recruit and interview candidates
✅ Build and maintain strong client relationships
✅ Onboard new employees
✅ Conduct property visits and safety meetings
✅ Manage employee relations and performance issues
✅ Process weekly payroll and administrative tasks
✅ Help grow existing accounts and identify new business opportunities

What we’re looking for:
• Staffing industry and/or on-site management experience (required)
• Hospitality experience (preferred)
• Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation with the ability to travel 50–75% locally
