1. High fenced ranch- 600+ acres. Less than 2 hours to ft worth. Under $8m. 30-40% grazable pasture.
2. Horse property in East TX. Covered arena is ideal, or space for one. Single story home is best. 4+ beds with office. 10+ acres. Nice barn. Under $2M
3. 20+ acres on East Tx. 2 hrs or less from Plano, under $325k. Utilities on or near and a pond or good creek. Partly-mostly wooded is ideal.
4. 100+ acres ideally between Paris, Clarksville, MT Pleasant, and Greenville. Some flood is fine but 60/40 open/wooded is ideal.
5. 25-40 acres south of Uvalde under $250k. Can be rough and raw. CR frontage. Electric near.
