Originally from Slovakia, Timea made Richmond her home in 2009. In 2011, she joined the award-winning Snipes Properties team where she served as the Director of Operations for the firm’s property management division, managing an impressive portfolio of beachfront rental properties. Today, Timea is one of the top listing and buyer’s agents for single and multi-family properties in Richmond, and surrounding areas. In addition to being a licensed REALTOR®, Timea’s multi-disciplined experience in the real estate industry provides her with a unique, 360-degree view of the Richmond real estate market. Indeed, her passion for real estate has provided her with a varied menu of opportunities, including three years working in property management followed by five years working with a custom home builder and residential land developer. Timea has been able to leverage not just her experience, but also a strong reputation in the Richmond market for being smart, fair, resourceful, and transparent. Organizations trust her.
