🏡 Two closings. Two completely different stories. Two happy endings. ❤️

This is what I love about real estate — every closing represents so much more than a transaction.

One of my clients was ready for a new chapter and a new lifestyle. We found him the perfect home in Del Webb Sweetgrass in Richmond, negotiated a great price, and now he’s excited to settle in and enjoy everything this new lifestyle has to offer — less maintenance, new activities, new friends, and a wonderful community. ❤️

The second closing was a very different journey. This home had been an investment property and rental for several years, and getting it sold took patience and strategy. We worked together for almost three months, watched the market closely, made adjustments along the way, and stayed focused on the goal.

And now — SOLD! 🎉 My sellers are happy, and we successfully closed this chapter of their investment.
