Signature Rentals, LLC is looking for a skilled, dependable HVAC Technician to join our team!
💰 Pay: $20.00–$22.00/hour
🕐 Full-Time Position
🏖️ Paid Time Off
🏘️ Work across a variety of residential properties
What you'll be doing:
• HVAC installation, maintenance & repairs
• Diagnose and troubleshoot heating, cooling & refrigeration systems
• Electrical diagnostics and mechanical repairs
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Maintain accurate service records
• Provide professional service to tenants and customers
• Assist with general property maintenance as needed, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry and other maintenance tasks
What we're looking for:
✅ Hands-on HVAC experience
✅ Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
✅ EPA certification for refrigerant handling
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✅ Valid driver's license
✅ Reliable, professional and safety-minded
✅ General maintenance experience is a plus
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can solve problems in the field, and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty.
