🚨 Inspection Find of the Day 🚨

During a recent inspection, we found a clothes dryer exhaust venting directly into the crawlspace instead of outside the home.

This might not seem like a big deal, but it can cause:

💧 Excess moisture
🦠 Mold growth
🪵 Wood rot in floor framing
🏠 Long-term structural damage

Clothes dryer vents should always vent to the exterior of the home, not into the attic or crawlspace.

⚠️ Big Poppa doesn’t like that.
