🏡 Day in the Life of a Realtor 🔑✨
Not every homebuyer has the luxury of hopping in the car to attend a showing, inspection, or final walkthrough. For many of my clients relocating to Florida 🌴, every decision is made from hundreds or even thousands of miles away. That’s why today, while my buyers were out of state ✈️, I was at their home inspection making sure they had someone they could trust on the ground representing their interests.
I wasn’t just there to unlock a door and observe. I was there to ask questions, review findings, take photos and videos 📸, communicate directly with the inspector, and provide the kind of firsthand insight that simply can’t be captured in a report. When my clients can’t be here, I become their eyes and ears, helping them feel informed, confident, and connected throughout the process.
Helping out-of-state buyers means my role often extends far beyond a typical real estate transaction. It means FaceTime tours 📱, neighborhood walkthroughs, coordinating inspections and vendors, providing updates, and sometimes even writing offers at midnight 🌙 to accommodate different time zones because when the right home comes along, timing matters.
I believe real estate is about more than buying and selling homes. It’s about trust. My clients’ needs become my needs. Their goals become my goals. Whether they’re five minutes away or five states away, I want them to know they have someone here who is looking out for their best interests every step of the way.
