Just in time for summer, five new paddling trails are opening on Lewisville Lake through a partnership between the City of Highland Village and Texas Parks & Wildlife! 🌊

The new trail system offers 8 miles of kayaking, canoeing, and paddleboarding routes with multiple launch points at:
📍 Lakeside Community Park
📍 Pilot Knoll Park
📍 Marauder Park
📍 Sunset Park
📍 Copperas Branch Park

Whether you’re looking for a quick paddle, a peaceful morning on the water, or a chance to fish and spot local wildlife, this is another great reason to love living in Highland Village. 💙

🚜 Big news for Southern Denton County!

Ground has officially broken on Cole Ranch, a new 3,100-acre master-planned community in southwest Denton that will eventually bring:

🏡 4,300+ new homes
🛍️ Shopping, dining & commercial space
💼 Business park
🌳 Over 1,200 acres of preserved green space
🥾 26 miles of trails, parks & lakes

This is one of the largest developments our area has seen and is another sign that Denton County continues to be one of the fastest-growing regions in Texas.

Whether you’re a homeowner, buyer, or just keeping an eye on our local market, this is a development worth watching. Growth like this can have a lasting impact on home values, schools, infrastructure, and the businesses that choose to invest here.
