I recently had the honor of helping family friends sell their elderly parent’s home after their loved one moved into assisted living.
It was a bittersweet process. There were years of memories inside those walls, but there was also an important new chapter ahead.
My goal was to take as much of the stress off the family as possible and guide them through each step—from preparing the property to getting it sold , and successfully closed.
The home is now ready for its next family, while my clients can move forward knowing this chapter was handled with care.
