Kelvin is a licensed REALTOR with Waters Edge Realty Central Baldwin and a proud Fairhope native. Growing up on the Eastern Shore, he developed a deep appreciation for the people, scenic beauty, and local businesses that make the area so special. A graduate of Fairhope High School, Kelvin is currently pursuing his associate degree at Coastal Alabama Community College.

🚧 BIG NEWS FOR BALDWIN COUNTY ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS! 🚧

The Baldwin County Commission has begun advertising for construction bids on the next phase of the County Road 65 (CR 65) corridor, with construction scheduled to begin in late summer.

This new one mile extension will continue CR 65 north from CR 28 to CR 32, strengthening the connection between this important north–south corridor and a major east–west route.

💰 Major Funding Secured:
The Commission successfully obtained a $6,625,000 CDBG Disaster Recovery Grant to help fund this project. As infrastructure needs continue to grow across Baldwin County, grant funding plays a vital role in advancing large scale transportation improvements and maximizing local taxpayer dollars.

These improvements support the County Commission’s ongoing commitment to:
• Expand the local roadway network
• Reduce traffic congestion
• Improve travel for residents throughout the area

This phase also moves Baldwin County another step closer to its long term vision of extending the CR 65 corridor from Bon Secour to Robertsdale, enhancing connectivity between communities, supporting local businesses, and offering drivers more alternatives to heavily traveled state routes.
