This deal was brought to us by a wholesaler that we’ve worked with for a while and knows that we will buy any house with any situation.

When the wholesaler brought us the deal he said we have to give the seller two weeks to live in the house after closing. And we said no problem and now we have the house and the seller has the money. And the wholesaler got his fee $$! Win-win-win situation

This house as you can see from the pictures has had a total transformation. We added a back porch, also converted a half bath into a full bath with a gorgeous stand-up shower.

We opened up the entire feel of this house by creating an open concept in the kitchen. Also adding a 7 foot island with gorgeous quartz countertops!

This is definitely one of the nicest renovations we have done this year.

Finally got possession of the Taylor house after 3 months of occupancy by the seller!

We bought this house back in March and the seller had nowhere to go so we gave them three months to live in the house completely rent free. So in that three months time they could pack up all their belongings find somewhere to live and move everything into their new home. We created a win-win situation. And super happy how this ended up!

We give post seller occupancy if our sellers need it.

On the other hand, the house needs a full remodel. We look forward to getting started on this project ASAP.
