Dear Friends,
After more than 40 years of helping families buy and sell homes, I have made the decision to retire from
active real estate sales effective September 1, 2026.
This is a bittersweet moment for me. Looking back over the years, I realize that the greatest reward of my
career has never been the homes themselves—it has been the friendships, trust, and relationships I have
been fortunate enough to build with clients like you. Many of you have become more than clients; you've
become friends, and for that I will always be grateful.
Thank you for allowing me to be a part of some of the most important milestones in your lives. Whether
you purchased your first home, moved into your dream home, downsized, or referred your family and
friends to me, your confidence and loyalty have meant more than I can adequately express.
Although I am retiring from active real estate sales, I will be retaining my Minnesota real estate license.
While I will no longer be working as an active Realtor, I will still remain connected to the profession and
available to offer guidance when appropriate.
I am also pleased to let you know that Tami Greenslade, an experienced Realtor in my office, will be taking
over the care of my clients. Tami shares the same commitment to honesty, professionalism, and personal
service that I have always tried to provide. I have every confidence that she will take excellent care of you,
your family, and anyone you refer in the future. [email protected] 507-272-3950
If you have real estate needs after my retirement, I encourage you to contact Tami. I know she will work
hard to earn your trust and provide the level of service you deserve. I plan on being activly looking for folks I can refer to Tami whenever the opportunity is available.
As I begin this new chapter, I look forward to spending more time with family and pursuing interests that
I've put on hold over the years. While I'll certainly miss the daily interactions with my clients, I leave with a
heart full of gratitude and countless wonderful memories.
Thank you again for your friendship, your referrals, and your confidence over the past four decades. It has
truly been an honor and a privilege to serve you.
I wish you and your family many years of happiness, good health, and continued success.
With sincere appreciation,
Steve Roberts
