🌟AGENT SPOTLIGHT: SAMIR NUKIC 🌟

This week, we are excited to shine the spotlight on someone whose story is especially meaningful to me—Samir Nukic!

Nearly 30 years ago, I had the privilege of helping Samir’s parents with their home loan after they came to the United States as refugees from Bosnia. I have always had tremendous respect for the courage, resilience and work ethic it took for them to build a new life here and create something successful for their family.

That makes it incredibly special that all these years later, their son chose to partner with me and with Coldwell Banker Realty.

Samir joined our Rochester office in December 2025, and it did not take long for him to make an impact.

After being with us for only about a week, Samir took advantage of an opportunity to tour one of our Global Luxury properties. Later that day, he shared the property with someone in his sphere. That particular home was not the right fit, but the conversation opened the door to another opportunity—and Samir ultimately helped that client purchase a home valued at more than $1 million.

That is the power of relationships. It is also a great example of what can happen when an agent leans into the opportunities, networking and resources available through Coldwell Banker.

Samir brings an entrepreneurial mindset to everything he does. In addition to real estate, he is actively involved in his family’s successful auto dealership, where customer service and relationships have always been at the heart of the business.

That same approach carries into his real estate career. Samir is known for being responsive, communicating clearly, taking care of people and working hard on behalf of his clients.

But what I appreciate most about Samir goes beyond business.

He is a proud father, a devoted family man and someone who remains deeply connected to his family’s Bosnian roots. He values family, relationships and community, and those values are evident in the way he shows up for the people around him.

For me, Samir’s story truly feels full circle. To have worked with his parents all those years ago and now have the opportunity to partner with Samir as he builds his own real estate career is something I am incredibly grateful for.

Samir, thank you for the energy, professionalism and heart you bring to our office and to your clients. We are so fortunate to have you as part of our Coldwell Banker Rochester family!

I'm always in awe when I see our home through someone else's eyes. This post is the highlight our 2026 summer projects, written by our trainer/boarder/friend for over 19 years. Thank you, Julie, for partnering with us all these years. Here's to many, many more!!

The barn I train out of in Byron MN has a brand new outdoor arena! It's bigger than a regulation dressage ring and we can accommodate haul in lessons! Day and overnight stalls available. Let me know if you want to come learn!
