Easy BBQ Corn Pasta Salad
Looking for a quick side dish for your next BBQ? This one is easy, colorful, and always a hit!

Ingredients:
• 1 box rotini or bowtie pasta, cooked and cooled
• 1 can corn, drained — or 1–2 cups fresh/frozen corn
• 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
• 1 cucumber, diced
• 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/2 cup ranch dressing
• 1/4 cup of BBQ sauce
• Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Cook pasta, drain, and rinse with cold water.
2. Add pasta, corn, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and cheese to a large bowl.
3. Mix ranch and BBQ sauce together, then pour over the salad.
4. Toss everything together and chill for at least 30 minutes.

Perfect with burgers, hot dogs, ribs, or grilled chicken!
Tip: Add bacon bits or grilled chicken to make it even better!
