June's Employee of the Month is Derek White (left), Assistant Superintendent at the farm! Derek has been with Ashley Management since 2015. Get to know him a little more:

Q: What’s a fun fact about you that most people don’t know?
A: I'm actually quite the history buff. I love learning from the past and going to explore museums and old battlefields. Find it super intriguing and also humbling.

Q: What’s your go-to comfort food or favorite meal?
A: My favorite meal is easily BBQ ribs with homemade Mac and cheese and fresh cut fries.

Q: Do you have a favorite book, movie, or TV show that you always recommend to others?
A: My favorite TV show would have to be The Office. Anyone looking for a good laugh, it's a must-see.

Q: If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would you go?
A: If I could travel anywhere in the world right now, it would have to be Egypt. To see the great pyramids, explore the valley of the kings, and to also explore the newest museum that was recently built.

Q: If you could have any superpower, what would it be?
A: If I could have any superpower, it would be time travel. Again, because I love history, I would go back to the most iconic time periods to see what civilizations were like at their peak.

Yesterday, Ashley Management gathered to celebrate the dedication, loyalty, and hard work of our incredible employees!

At our Milestone Anniversary Luncheon, we recognized 17 team members celebrating work anniversaries ranging from 5 to 25 years with the company! Their commitment has helped shape who we are today, and we are so grateful for everything they do.

Thank you to each employee for your years of service, professionalism, and the positive impact you make every day. And thank you to the RIT Inn & Conference Center for hosting such a wonderful event!

A: I used to competitively ride horses and almost went to Jr Olympics as a teenager.

Managers Day Out was a success! So grateful for this team and the time to relax, recharge, and have some fun together.

We kicked things off with lunch at Olive Garden and then headed to iSmash Rochester (Rochester, NY) for some stress relief! Turns out, nothing brings a team together quite like breadsticks and breaking things! 🔨💥
