Our vision is to transform this iconic riverfront property into a premier destination for living, working and retail, while making the most of its floor-to-ceiling glass and incredible location along the Genesee River.

We see this as an opportunity to bring new energy to the riverfront, strengthen the west side of the river, and contribute to the continued growth of downtown Rochester.

Our team stopped by the Dutch Connection at the Eastman Museum, admiring all the beautiful flowers on display to cure our winter blues. Our maintenance supervisor, Andrew, even gave us an impromptu tour of the museum with all the knowledge he's collected from his many visits 😆! Thanks to everyone who joined for some time out of the office!
