We don't favor one over the other—we favor qualified tenants. Good credit, stable income, solid references, and a history of paying rent on time will always beat rushing to fill a vacancy.

Yesterday’s story was just the surface, unfortunately.
As we dug deeper, we found more p**p! in multiple rooms. A full biohazard situation, my cleaning people literally had biohazard suits on.
Most would panic.
As you can see somehow we're used to it we take over these insane properties all the time. (it's a great niche to be in!) 🤮😵
Within 24 hours:
• Unit cleared out
• Damage assessed
• Remodel plan started
You got to jump on these problems right away.

It's appalling that these agencies claim to support people yet seem more interested in passing the buck. We've had numerous exchanges with them, stressing that certain individuals aren't suited for independent or community living, only for landlords to bear the costs and receive empty apologies. Notably, these tenants were inherited, as we typically avoid placing problematic ones.
