☀️ AC Cleanup = Cooler House + Happier Wallet

If your AC is already running, this is your reminder to give it a quick spring/summer refresh!

Simple maintenance checklist

1. Hose off the outdoor AC unit.

You don’t need to overdo it—just rinse away the dust, pollen, and debris that build up on the outside.

2. No hose? No problem.

A broom or soft brush works too. The goal is simply to clear off the buildup so air can move more freely.

3. Change your furnace filter.

Even if the furnace isn’t running, your HVAC system is still pulling air through the filter. A clean filter helps airflow throughout the whole system.

Why it matters

A few minutes now can make a noticeable difference.
