# # # ❤️ From Clients to Friends — This One Is Special!!
Some closings mean a little more than others. I first sat down with these wonderful clients on November 15, 2024, and yesterday we finally sat together at the closing table after completing both the sale of their property and the purchase of their new home. Their sale was anything but ordinary. Their property included a wedding venue that these two built and ran, a truly unique venue that made this transaction one I won’t forget. Unique properties can come with unique challenges, and I’m incredibly grateful they trusted me to represent them throughout the process. One of the things I love most about real estate is that somewhere between the first meeting, the phone calls, showings, negotiations, inspections, paperwork and closing table, clients sometimes become something much more.
These two became my friends. ❤️
I also couldn't have done it without my buyer’s agent, Melissa who represented them on the purchase of their new home and helped make sure the next chapter came together beautifully.
This closing wasn't just about handing over keys or signing closing documents. It was the end of a journey we started almost two years ago—and the beginning of an exciting new one for two people I feel very fortunate to now call my friends. I hope there are a lot of Gamecocks tailgates together in our future!!
