Adventures of my recent events -

Sunday August 23rd 2026 drove over 5 hours round trip several counties away to do video showings of 2 houses for my amazing new client several states away 🚘

Get to the first house, everything went good. It was a nice adorable little house but wasn’t the one..

Get to 2nd house.
Walking around everything looks nice. Walk into the pool area trying to show client in video of stepping over-into this pool. Well I don’t know why I just must have assumed it was 3 steps down, little did I realize it was actually 4 steps so as I went to step for the bottom of the pool I missed the 4th step and fell right into it!!! Soaked with no change of clothes continued on with the showing and by time I made it back home I was ALMOST dry.🏊‍♀️ 😂

This was the one! Client loved it all and we submitted our offer!! 🥳
