Some people unwind by watching TV. I make pizza.
What started as curiosity has become a craft that teaches me something every time I fire up the oven.
A huge part of that journey has been learning from André Mathias . Their content completely changed the way I think about dough fermentation, stretching, and baking. If you love Neapolitan pizza, they’re absolutely worth following.
It’s funny how the same principles apply to almost everything I do.
Whether I’m helping a family find the right home in Viera, working with customers at my other job, or trying to make the perfect Margherita for my wife, the recipe is the same:
🍕 Be patient.
🍕 Pay attention to the details.
🍕 Never stop learning.
🍕 Do things with excellence, because people deserve your best.
At the end of the day, this isn’t really about pizza. It’s about creating experiences, bringing people together, and seeing the smile on someone you care about after sharing something you made with your own hands.
Here’s to continuous improvement, great pizza, and making a house feel like home.
