Jamie is a registered nurse with a wonderful background in hospice nursing and case management, and she brings something we value deeply here— a true passion for caring for people. In her role as Care Coordination Manager and Delegating RN, Jamie will be working closely with our residents, families, caregivers, physicians, hospice and home health partners— making sure that care is personal, well coordinated, and centered around each person’s unique needs. What makes Jamie so special isn't just her experience, it's her heart. She is warm, energetic, and truly loves people. Her philosophy fits right in with ours: Our residents aren't just residents— they become family. Family is everything to Jamie too— she's a proud mom of three beautiful children.
