Moriah Perez joins M&D CRE as a 2026 Brokerage & Advisory Intern, supporting the brokerage team through new business development and property owner outreach. She connects directly with commercial property owners to understand their real estate objectives, then coordinates with M&D CRE agents to advance leasing, sales, and disposition opportunities.

A high-achieving student at Texas Tech University, Moriah is pursuing a degree in Business Management and brings strong communication skills alongside a growing command of commercial real estate fundamentals. Her interest in the industry took root early — she first joined M&D Companies as a Marketing Intern during her junior year of high school, gaining firsthand exposure to the firm's client-focused approach.

Returning now to M&D CRE, Moriah continues to deepen her industry knowledge while gaining hands-on experience across business development, client engagement, and brokerage operations.
