Happy birthday to the man who sets the standard for all of us.

Stan Britton doesn't just lead Covenant CRE. He leads by example. In the office, he's the first one in the room to offer guidance, the last one to take credit, and the person every agent on this team knows they can call. In the community, he shows up -- not for the recognition, but because he believes that being present matters. And at home, he's the kind of father and husband that the rest of us look up to.

Building a company is hard. Building one rooted in faith, integrity, and genuine care for the people around you is harder. Stan does it every day and makes it look easy, even when it's not.

Some deals test everything you've got. This was one of them.

Dustin Ray spent more than two years working this deal for his client. Searching the market. Researching the property. Running the numbers. Determining the right value. Educating his client on what to pay and, more importantly, what not to pay.

He got the property under contract. Then the deal terminated.

Most people move on. Dustin didn't. He knew his numbers were right.

Then the seller called back and asked Dustin to resubmit -- at the value he had originally determined. Back under contract, nearly 30% below asking price, with intent to close in 30 days.

That's not luck. That's the kind of work that happens when your broker knows the market, trusts his analysis, and refuses to let his client overpay.

This is what Covenant CRE means when we say we fight for our clients. Not as a tagline. As a practice.
