Some of the best seats at the City of Heath’s annual Fourth of July Parade weren’t along the curb—they were made possible by the incredible hearts of our YMSL Heath Harbor moms and young men. ❤️🤍💙

This morning, YMSL Heath Harbor partnered with AvilaCare Senior Living to set up tents, assist residents outdoors, and create a front-row parade experience so they could celebrate America’s birthday with the rest of our community. From helping with seating to sharing smiles and conversations, these moments are what service is all about.

We’re so proud of these young men for choosing to spend their holiday giving back and honoring the generations who came before them. Thank you to the wonderful staff at AvilaCare Senior Living and the City of Heath for making this hometown tradition so special. The annual Independence Day Parade is one of Heath’s most cherished community events, bringing neighbors together each July 4th.
