Some people come into your life for only a season, yet leave a lasting impact. ❤️

I didn’t know Mr. Bill for very long, but the time we shared was truly meaningful. I first met his wife at a memory care facility through some dear friends, and through those connections, Mr. Bill and I quickly formed a bond. He was one of those people who made you wish you had met him years earlier.

It was an honor to help him through this chapter of life—from listing and selling his Bella Vista home to helping him purchase his next home in Jacksonville. And yes, I happily made the three-hour drive because some relationships are about far more than real estate.

Mr. Bill, thank you for trusting me to be part of your journey. I’m grateful for the conversations, the memories, and the friendship we built along the way. Wishing you comfort, happiness, and many wonderful memories in your new home. 🏡❤️

Today I showed a home in Centerton that was built in 1905... and if you know me, you know old homes have my heart! ❤️

The character. The craftsmanship. The stories hidden within the walls.

This one was built with solid brick construction—no wood framing—and was absolutely packed with charm. What makes it even more exciting is that my clients see the potential and appreciate the history behind it. They're putting the numbers together, and together we'll see if we can make it work.

I love seeing people look beyond what's there today and envision what something can become. Here's hoping this historic beauty gets the next chapter it deserves. 🏡✨
