Over the past four years, Sam has built a commercial real estate practice centered on landlord and tenant representation, investment sales, and strategic site selection. His work is defined by thoughtful analysis, clear priorities, and steady guidance from initial strategy through closing. He is known for helping clients cut through complexity — identifying what truly matters, evaluating tradeoffs clearly, and advocating for terms that protect long-term objectives.

Before entering commercial real estate, Sam served 12 years as a firefighter and paramedic with Canyon Lake Fire EMS. That experience shaped his professional foundation: calm under pressure, meticulous in preparation, and direct in communication. It also sharpened his instincts around risk, timing, and accountability — qualities that translate naturally into high-stakes commercial decision-making. Earlier in his career, Sam worked in media production and advertising in Austin, giving him a strategic understanding of positioning, visibility, and business growth.

Sam is especially drawn to working with entrepreneurs, operators, and commercial investors who are building something meaningful. Whether advising a growing healthcare user on site selection or guiding an investor through acquisition strategy, he approaches every assignment with deep needs analysis and a partnership mindset.
