The 2nd Annual Simply Texas Shootout at Gentle Creek Country Club was such a beautiful day for an even better cause ... raising money to benefit the UT Southwestern Kidney Cancer Program. 🧡
I spent part of the day helping raise a little extra $$$ at the Long Drive while Monica, who’s ranked 9th in the NATION casually Crushed the ball 💪🏼
Golfers had fun, money was raised for kidney cancer research & somewhere between drives...I got a HOUSE UNDER CONTRACT. 🏡🙌🏼
Such a great day supporting a cause that means so much to people I love. 🧡

🚨 Welp ... mortgage rates just jumped. Here’s WHY your house payment suddenly got more expensive. 🫠🏡
Mortgage rates moved sharply higher this week with the average 30yr fixed climbing nearly ¼ of a percentage point & reaching its highest levels since early 2025.
So what the heck happened?

Federal Reserve meets next week which could create even more movement.
